Note: The key to getting the best out of life is being open mind.
step one- Seize each day. Live each day as if it's your last. Leave the past behind and do not anticipate the future. Be present to enjoy the moment.Take up every opportunity that come your way.For example if someone offers you plane flying lessons take them ( whats the worst thing that could happen).
step two - go outside of your comfort zone. Wear what you would never wear if it looks good on you. here is an example if you usual wear pin stripe pants and a button down, wear skinny jeans and a shirt with a catchy phrase on it. Also go to places that you would never go.
step three - Learn to be positive! If you keep moaning about your life, other people will only notice the bad aspects of your character and categorize you as a person who is 'Boring' - or worse! Who wants to spend time with a wet blanket! Go to places where people are positive and support you with positive thoughts.
step four- when you get down in the dumps laugh a little.
step Five -Be sociable. Participating in clubs and sports increases your chances of meeting friends. While you only need 4 or 5 close friends, that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to meet new people.
Step Six- Don't take things for granted
If you do all of these step I can almost guarantee that you will be much happier with your life. Remember that you do not have to do these steps in the order that they are given.
I chose to make a how to for this topic because I think that it is important that people take time out of there hectic lives and live a little, to get out side of their comfort zone and enjoy the world that they are in and all of the opportunities that are in the world.I also think that i wrote this because i need to start doing this with my own life.
